BREEDING PLANS 2023-2024
Well with breedings for the 2023-2024 kidding season almost complete. Here is the tentative list of breedings.
Breeding season began with a number of AI attempts. While unfortunately most were unsuccessful, based on missed heat cycles though it looks like three were successful! While I will have to wait on official confirmation a bit longer these are the tentative exciting breedings.

If you are not familiar with ADGA's genetics site you can use this link to enter a sire and dam for a planned breeding. The site will generate a pedigree, inbreeding percentage with the top contributing animals, and when available type, milk, and butterfat information. Some animals don't have enough information yet to generate parts of it, but sometimes you can learn more by looking to information of grandparents and others in the significant 14. I did DHIR in 2021 to expand the information for my animals along with milk test, but ADGA is a mess and still doesn't have results available. Not to the breeder nor online.
